VERTEX is performing Lender’s Construction Monitoring Services for the Radisson Blu Anaheim, which will be a 12-story, upscale hotel development consisting of 326 rooms with a ground-level family activity space, rooftop pool and panoramic bar, restaurant, and a detached parking structure. The hotel will have sustainable features including reduced water usage, electric car charging stations, drought-resistant native plants with drip irrigation systems and is targeted for LEED Silver certification.
VERTEX is responsible for attendance of OAC meetings, review of Contractor’s payment applications and Owner’s draw requests, consulting on change orders, and monitoring the Contractor’s schedule adherence, progress, quality of workmanship and safety on-site.
