Vertex performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for three hotel resorts located in Mexico. Vertex conducted interviews with staff management and maintenance staff, reviewed compliance documentation and previous environmental reports, and conducted a visual mold survey at the sites. Additionally, Vertex inspected and conducted an operational analysis of the on-site water systems, waste operations, assessed curbside adjacent properties, and conducted a review of the applicable regulatory and permitting framework. Vertex completed the investigations on an expedited time frame.
