On behalf of a trans-continental pipeline company, VTX conducted a Phase II ESA in accordance to the Z769-00 (R2013) CSA Phase II ESA Standard for due diligence purposes to assess potential soil and groundwater quality impairment of an agricultural property located in the vicinity of a pipeline located in Port Hope, Ontario.
The investigation included soil classification and soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, soil quality delineation activities, data analyses, and preparation of findings and recommendations for further environmental investigations. This investigation is currently on-going.
