VTX conducted a CSA PHase I ESA at a commercial building in Toronto Ontario on behalf of a large multi-national lender/finance company and real estate owner/REIT. The purpose of this assessment was to identify any potential environmental concerns with the property. The property was operating as a hotel that comprised underground parking garage levels, recreational areas, ballrooms, and meeting rooms. Historical records for the property were reviewed and FOI requests were filed with the municipality and the MOECC. VTX observed noted on-Site and off-site environmental concerns that were considered to pose a low environmental risk to the Site and no further investigations were recommended. This report was completed in a three (3) to four (4) week timeframe.
