Turner Construction is the CM for this NYU campus addition, designed to optimize interactions between diverse student groups and academic disciplines. 181 Mercer includes spaces that integrate student living with full campus experiences. It includes:
- Classrooms, study spaces, commons
- Performing arts teaching and performance spaces, 350-seat proscenium theatre
- Athletic facilities including four full-length basketball and volleyball courts, a small indoor pool, a fencing gym, an aerobics room, a cardio room, multiple weight rooms, a wrestling room and locker rooms.
- Student residences
- Faculty apartments
- Landscaped terrace and green roofs

- Develop Master Project Schedule
- Monthly Schedule Updates including jobsite and client meetings
