Developed in partnership by Hines, SL Green Realty Corp, One Vanderbilt is 59 floors high and includes 1.6 million sq. ft. of commercial space, office and retail space, and a 60,000 sq. ft. observation deck on floors 57, 58 and 59. There are connections to the Grand Central Terminal and the new East Side Access located below grade at the base of the building. Standing at 1,401 feet tall, it is one of the tallest office towers in Manhattan.
