VERTEX Supports the Built Environment While Helping to Restore the Natural Environment

In 2021, VERTEX announced our commitment to support One Tree Planted, a 501(C)3 non-profit organization based in Vermont, dedicated to planting trees and restoring the natural environment.

In our inaugural year, we made a $1 donation to One Tree Planted for every new project started at VERTEX. We continue to support our clients with the built environment while also contributing to the natural environment and all the benefits of reforestation including:

1. Cleaning the air we breathe and absorbing greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide from the atmosphere
2. Helping to filter the water we drink
3. Reducing risks of flooding, erosion, and landslides
4. Providing more habitat to over 80% of the world’s terrestrial biodiversity
5. Supporting healthy economies – Forests provide jobs to over 1.6 billion people
