Vertex was retained as the General Contractor on the restoration of a multi-family townhome development in Golden, Colorado. The structure was experiencing water intrusion from numerous construction defects. The repair scope included stucco removal and replacement, selective window and sliding door removal and replacement, EPDM roofing overlay, siding repair, paint, asphalt, concrete, and landscaping. In the end, the entire building envelope was replaced or repaired, leaving the homeowner’s with a water-tight structure.
