The Archdiocese of Denver campus is approximately 36.5-acres and located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado. The Retirement Home project was completed with Eidos Architects and includes the construction of a 14-unit priest retirement home on 1.6 acres within the campus. The project also included the extension of a Denver Water main loop to provide adequate fire flows to the new and existing buildings. Design challenges included designing the improvements within the active campus, utility coordination, and regional detention pond capacity calculations and verification. Construction is anticipated to be complete in the summer of 2018.
