Atomic Golf is a commercial golf-themed entertainment facility located adjacent to the STRAT Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project has a total budget of $70 million and covers 99,858 square feet. It features over 100 hitting bays, multiple bars, lounges, kitchens, and a restaurant, all within a four-story structure. Access to the facility is provided from both South Main Street and South Commerce Street. The driving range is situated at the southern and western portions of the site, with associated parking to the north.
Key features of Atomic Golf include The Putting District, which has eight digital putting bays, and a Tap Room that offers Bottom’s Up Technology and locally brewed beers. Additionally, the facility includes a Cosmic Lounge, flexible meeting and special event spaces, and luxury suites. The project obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in March 2024 and a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in July 2024.
VERTEX performed our Lender’s Construction Monitoring Services. VERTEX was responsible for reviewing the contractor’s payment applications, hard costs, construction progress, adherence to the project schedule and budget, and recommended funding by participating in monthly site observations, which helped mitigate risk and led to a more efficient funding process throughout the life cycle of the project.
