VERTEX was retained as a scheduling and delay expert by a contractor involved in a dispute on the $14M Balfour Senior Living Center project in Littleton, Colorado. The Project is a two-story residential senior living center consisting of approximately 70,000 square feet of residential use with 82 units and common area spaces.
VERTEX performed a forensic schedule analysis identifying all critical delay impacts to the Project and rebutted affirmative claims made by the plaintiff and its expert. VERTEX’s expert report outlined the client’s entitlement to significant damages and summarily dismissed assertions made by the opposition which ultimately resulted in a significant award made in our client’s favor at arbitration.
