VERTEX performed tenant improvement services on a core and shell space for a high-end barbershop in the middle of downtown Wellesley, Massachusetts. The space consists of 895 square feet including an ADA bathroom, janitor’s closet, and back storage. The scope of work included engineered wood flooring throughout, adding to the existing plumbing system to include hair washing sinks and electrical system for additional outlets, data, pendant, and track lighting. The scope also included a large millwork package for the apothecary area and the cutting stations. VERTEX also installed a barber pole with light and motor on the exterior of the unit. VERTEX completed the project on time and within budget.
