VERTEX performed tenant improvement services for the office/break room area of a vehicle maintenance facility in Weymouth, Massachusetts. The space consists of 1,500 total square feet which included a management office, employee office, and break room split between the ground level and a mezzanine level. The scope of work included converting the old break room on the ground level to office space, relocating the break room to the mezzanine level, and constructing a new management office adjacent to the new break room. The interior finishes consisted of high-grade durable epoxy flooring, new acoustical ceilings, light fixtures, additional data and outlets, relocation and addition of plumbing for a new break room, adding to the existing HVAC system for a new office and fresh paint. VERTEX completed the project on time and within budget.
