On behalf of the Client, two VERTEX personnel (Surety Consultant and Structural Engineer) traveled to the job site to perform an investigation of the allegations made by the Plaintiff. VERTEX walked the site with Plaintiff’s attorney and observed all areas allegedly damaged due to Construction Defects. VERTEX returned to the site the following day to perform independent observation, measurement, and analysis of the building. VERTEX reported findings to the Client in support of the Surety and Defendant.
