VERTEX served as the surety’s consultant following the termination of the original contractor on the Compound Security Upgrade to the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, Spain. The scope of the project included physical and technical security upgrades of the existing compound in order to better safeguard the occupants of the various buildings. VERTEX services included the development and facilitation of the Request for Proposal in order to relet the project while coordinating with the U.S. State Department. This included the solicitation of potential proposers, management of the proposal process, and the analysis of the proposals received.
