VERTEX was awarded the 17,000 SF expansion of American Financing at Aurora Marketplace. The design focused on an unconventionally open office concept with an emphasis towards collaborative space, complete with modern finishes matching their main office. The vast space opens to a highly functioning office area with polycarbonate walls to allow daylight through, cubicles, a lounge, a game room, and an outdoor patio. The break room has booth seating and a unique bistro bar. One of the features of this project was the NanaWall system installed in the game room, which allows flexibility to open the game room to the outdoor patio.
