VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the $8.0M Fire Station Construction project in the Town of Littleton, Massachusetts. The project included relocating current fire department apparatus as well as quarters for the full-time and on-call fire fighters. VERTEX assisted in the procurement of a temporary fire apparatus structure, assisted the designer and Permanent Building Committee with design options, and budget reviews. The project included the renovation of the current fire department headquarters to allow for upgraded dorm rooms as well as a meeting room, training center and department offices as well as a pre-engineered apparatus 4 bay structure that provides space for all department equipment. Littleton public safety officials held the grand opening on May 19, 2018.
