VERTEX is serving as the Owner’s Project Manager for the Town of Seekonk for the construction of a 14,000 GSF, single-story, 10 classroom addition along with select mechanical/plumbing renovations to the existing Mildred H. Aitken Elementary School. Construction duration is expected to last 12 months. The project is an addition to an occupied and functional school and operations will need to be maintained as well as planned tie-ins to the existing building so as not to disturb the function of the school. Site access will be limited to one way in/out for deliveries of materials and parking on site will be limited.
