VERTEX, in coordination with union workers, performed Tenant Improvement services on the 10th floor of One Congress Street in Boston, Massachusetts. The 3,400 SF office remodel includes a reception area, conference rooms, kitchen area, and several private offices and breakout rooms. The scope of work began with demolition and carried through to construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes. Work was successfully performed on time and within budget, but the client also appreciated that work posed minimal disruption to the tenants and occupied spaces throughout the project.
