The scope of the project included storefront doors, unit doors, and door hardware. The relet process included contacting potential completion contractors, developing a bid document package, writing a request for proposal, administering the bid process, performing multiple site visits, analyzing bids, and making final recommendations to the Surety. VERTEX recommended and coordinated a tendered replacement contractor who mobilized immediately, resulting in no time lost to the Obligee’s project.
