VERTEX was referred to perform restoration services on a multi-building hail claim at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton. VERTEX’s scope of work included stucco removal and replacement, paint, window replacement, and RTU repair and replacement. A large portion of the restoration was replacing coils on roof top units (RTU’s) and installing hail guards to prevent future damage from hail storms. This was a challenging job as the repairs spanned 19 different buildings throughout an active retail district.
