VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the $12.0M construction of the Westford Fire Station and Combined Dispatch Center. The project included the new construction of the Westford Fire Headquarters, as well as a new combined dispatch center for both police and fire operations, which was constructed within the existing police station. VERTEX’s services included advising the Town on the selection of the architectural firm for the project, overseeing the work of the architect during the design process, attendance at public meetings, budget preparation and review, bid process oversight, and on-site supervision of construction activities.
