VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the Town of Weston for the Case Campus Masterplan project. The Case Campus Masterplan project included improvements to pedestrian and vehicular traffic patterns and involved significant landscape improvements to a major intersection within the Town. The Case Campus is the cultural hub of the Town of Weston, consisting of eight municipal buildings including elementary schools, the Council on Aging, Community Center, Town Pool, and Library. Compass led the planning effort in developing the Masterplan and was retained on a separate contract to administer the first two phases of the project. The key goal of the project was to connect all buildings with new pedestrian pathways to spur interaction on the campus, while also improving traffic circulation and shared parking amongst all the buildings.
