Mr. Bosowicz is a Consultant III in VERTEX’s New York City office. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Mr. Bosowicz brings a background in MEP consultant design and project management, encompassing multiple disciplines across the full project lifecycle. He brings extensive knowledge of building systems, project specifications, code requirements, best practices, and field work standards. This includes a full array of construction administration duties such as punchlists and inspections, submittal/RFI/change order/additional service reviews, and CO/close-out procedures. Mr. Bosowicz’s work has involved commercial, institutional, residential, food service, and high-rise properties in New York City and State, where he has gained experience working with Architects, Consultants, Vendors, Owners, Expeditors, and Contractors.
In addition, Mr. Bosowicz has performed Property Assessment Analysis’ for properties including the Yonkers Public School System, involving physical inspections and reports providing recommendations, and taking into account economic feasibilities. Mr. Bosowicz has also performed a Damage Assessment and Cost To Repair report concerning Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection systems for insurance providers for The Address Downtown, a 65-story, 1.9MM sq. ft. building
