Carl Stokley has managed the construction of several projects throughout the Northeast US, including the construction of a 24-story high-rise hotel in Midtown Manhattan; the multi-prime construction of a new ferry terminal on a former brownfield site in Long Island; and the completion and closeout of projects including a $47 million Campus Center for SUNY school system, a $27 million six-story mid-rise apartment building in Atlanta GA, and a $7 million electrical contract for a sophisticated Net Zero Energy School in New York.
In addition to project management, Mr. Stokley has been involved as a consultant and contributed to expert reports for matters files throughout the New York Tri-State Area, including many damage and construction defect claims at high-rise and mid-rise condominium buildings in New Jersey; testing and observation at private and institutional entities in the New York City, and more. Mr. Stokley has also provided consulting services in multiple delay claims throughout the United States. Mr. Stokley is proficient in schedule monitoring and analysis, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, and loss control.
