Mr. Fernandez has over 30 years of experience managing all facets of Construction, beginning as a site manager and growing into an international business unit manager for large multinational companies. He specializes in team building and ensuring that construction operations under his supervision result in the delivery of high-quality projects meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Mr. Fernandez worked in the South Florida construction market for over 20 years before beginning to work internationally in Latin America, based out of Panama.
He has worked in various sectors of the construction industry, his prior experience includes the construction and/or renovations of major projects such as Airports, Hospitals, Schools, Convention Centers, Luxury Hotels, large scale Residential Development projects, Multi-family Residential and Commercial buildings; as well as Civil infrastructure projects including Bridges, Roads, Potable Water Treatment plants and distribution systems, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Power Generation and distribution projects.
