Our cost management (quantity surveying) client base ranges from debt lenders to equity investors to North American, US Territories and international developers to local general contractors. These projects range from land development (A&D) to high-rise construction opportunities throughout North America and US Territories. My cost management methodologies include magnitude estimation (order of magnitude or ROM Estimate), budget estimation and definitive estimation. I routinely utilize proprietary internal cost management data, which I have been instrumental in facilitating the technological development and organization of, for comparative cost analyses to successfully grow and support the expansion of VERTEX as a cost management consultancy.
