Mr. Tweet is a licensed bi-lingual General Contractor with over 20 years of hands on experience in commercial and residential construction and renovations including framing, roofing, interior finish outs, tile, stone, concrete, etc. in Texas. He has excellent oversight/management skills of commercial and residential new construction and renovations as well as extensive network connections within the construction industry. He is also well versed in damage assessment and providing detailed estimates regarding storm damage and CAT events. Lastly, Mr. Tweet understands and recognizes labor, equipment and material procurement and its challenges.
At VERTEX, Mr. Tweet handles loss complicated background due to his widespread hands on experience. This experience and General Contractors License, also allows Ken to stay up to date on the latest building products and procedures. Ken has handled several large loss Clerk of the Work projects after CAT events in Texas and Louisiana. In addition, Ken was responsible for spearheading a six month comparison for cost increases during the CA wildfires in addition to costing several of the rebuilds by working with local contractors.
