Thomas Dunn has more than 44 years of experience in the design and construction of private, municipal, civil works, architectural, military, and environmental projects. His career includes broad experience in construction, repair, and maintenance of private and military facilities including low and mid-rise condominium buildings, roadway and utility systems, bridges, runways, railways, office and administrative buildings, military housing, medical clinics, aircraft and airship hangars, garages, commissaries, industrial buildings, sewage treatment plant upgrades, aboveground fuel tanks, and fuel distribution systems. Most of his recent experience has been with condominium transition studies, and with forensic analysis of construction and design defects, particularly pertaining to building envelope and structural failures. His prior experience included Municipal Engineering involving plan reviews and testimony to the Planning and Zoning Boards, as well as the execution of the Township Capital Improvement Program.
