In conjunction with the Colorado Defense Lawyer’s Association, please join VERTEX and Exponent’s team of engineers and experts for an afternoon of CLE’s followed by cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at the newly renovated Magnolia Hotel on November 30, 2017. From 1-5pm choose between two CLE tracks, one pertaining to Construction Defects and one to Personal Injury/Product Defects; we applied for three CLE General Credits and one Ethics Credit. VERTEX’s Executive Vice President, Ryan Phillips, PE, CCM, CEP, LEED AP, CDT, will present on Ethics in Construction Claims and assist in closing the Construction Defect track, co-presenting with Exponent’s Paul Bennett, MS, PE and Jason Reitz, Esq., of Overturf McGath & Hull, on Allocations in Construction Claims.
