Rami Chehabi brings over a decade of extensive experience in real estate development including in the fields of finance, construction, and market research. Mr. Chehabi’s has worked at the largest mixed-use master-planned community developer in Coastal California as well as one of the industry’s leading real estate research firms.
Having served as Financial Analyst, Land Development Analyst, and Research Manager, he has worked on assignments involving the development and operations of multiple master-planned communities that include 40,000 homesites and 21M sq. ft. of commercial space. Mr. Chehabi has conducted feasibility studies for single-family residential communities, condos, apartments, and master-planned communities across several states, including the Great Park Neighborhoods in Irvine, where he has also managed construction contract change orders for three of its phases. He has also written monthly Metro Analysis and Forecast reports for five metro areas in Texas. His current focus includes extensive research and analysis supporting the evaluation of thousands of property loss claims from several California wildfires.
