Bill McConnell is a co-founder and the Chairman of the Board of The Vertex Companies, LLC, an international AEC firm. Bill is a seasoned expert witness for domestic and international megaproject disputes. He has testified over 250 times, most notably for quantum/damages, scheduling, allocation, productivity, termination, and standard of care opinions. Recently published, Bill is a frequent presenter at many construction, engineering, and law conferences each year.
