VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the new science wing expansion and renovations to existing spaces within Weston High School. The new two-story science wing included seven state of the art labs as well as a 100 seat distance learning facility. Renovations included two additional classrooms/labs in the existing space as well as visual arts renovations. Building Codes required updates including a new sprinkler system throughout the building, as well as handicap accessibility upgrades. All of the work occurred without disruption to the existing school program. The project was completed in 14 months, and roughly 2% below its project budget.
