Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod

VERTEX served as Owner’s Project Manager for The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod project. The project included complete renovation of the COOP’s Operations Center including new interior space layouts, furniture, and amenities. Work also entailed a new parking lot, exterior patio, emergency generator, as well as building envelope improvements replacing existing wall panels and parapet. This was a multi-phase project in an occupied building.

The project finished ahead of schedule and on budget, and was carefully managed to ensure maintenance of COVID protocols.

The Ribbon Cutting for the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod’s Operations Center Project took place on their 100^th Year Anniversary on July 19, 2021.
