Saurabh Gupta has nearly ten years of experience working in various segments of the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor in Architecture from the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi, India, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. Currently at VERTEX, he advises developers and lenders on design management, pre-construction services, project oversight and contract administration of various commercial, multi-family and industrial projects.
He has previously worked as a Project Engineer for an ENR Top 10 US general contractor, Project Manager & Senior Estimator for a General contractor, focused on Hospitality projects, and most recently led the entire construction and procurement vertical for a Softbank backed $10 Bn hospitality tech startup before joining the Fulcrum team. His experience consists of high-end fitness centers, hospital renovations, tenant improvements, franchisee hotels, multi-million-dollar luxury hotel renovations, and program management, commercial management, data analysis, cost & schedule reporting for a portfolio of 300 hotels.
