VERTEX to Attend 2025 AGC Federal Contractors Conference

June 3, 2025

VERTEX is pleased to announce its attendance at the 2025 AGC Federal Contractors Conference (FedCon), held June 9–11 in Washington, D.C. Organized by the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), the event facilitates dialogue between federal construction contractors and key agency representatives to discuss regulatory updates, procurement strategies, and delivery trends.

Johnathan Rice, PMP, MBA (Managing Director) and Philip W. Snyder, P.E. (Director) from VERTEX’s Commercial Damages & Investigations group will represent the firm at this year’s conference. They will join sessions led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, GSA, the Department of State, and other agencies to stay current on policy changes and contracting priorities impacting the federal construction market.

With a longstanding history of supporting federal and public sector clients, VERTEX provides consulting services that align with the complexities of government contracts—including construction claims and disputes, project controls, forensic investigations, compliance and regulatory consulting. This expertise allows VERTEX to assist clients in meeting the rigorous standards required on federally funded projects.

Topics at this year’s conference include:

  • Evolving procurement policies and project delivery methods
  • Risk allocation and contract performance requirements
  • Regulatory compliance and industry-wide legislative updates

VERTEX looks forward to engaging with industry peers and agency leaders at FedCon 2025.
