VERTEX was retained to provide environmental inspection of the 18-story high-rise facility prior to renovations which incorporated the retrofitting of plumbing and mechanical systems in association with HUD guidelines. Subsequent to inspection services, VERTEX performed environmental remediation bidding, bid review, and open meetings with residents. Upon initiation of the remediation project, VERTEX provided full-time asbestos project inspector services including inspection, air monitoring, and analysis.
