Description: This 23 Story project is located across from the San Diego Central Library in the East Village part of Downtown San Diego. It contains 222 apartments and 7,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, with seven levels of above & below-grade parking for 317 cars. The building also has a “Sky Lounge” on the 19th floor, with a resort pool, spa and adjoining two-level recreation center.
