VERTEX’s subsidiary, Compass Project Management Inc. (Compass), is serving as the Owner’s Project Manager for the Lasell Village project. Lasell Village is a life plan community offering flexible living opportunities for 225 residents on the campus of Lasell College. Proposed additions to the facility will add 780 square feet to the interior of the entrance area and 995 square feet to the dining area of the main Town Hall building. Both proposed single-story additions are located within the interior courtyard of the property. The intent of the additional main entrance area square footage is to allow for a proper reception area and to improve the functionality of the space. The addition to the dining area will add a pre-function area within the existing courtyard to better serve residents congregating outside of the dining area.
