VERTEX is serving as Owner’s Project Manager for the new Massachusetts Maritime Academy Residence Hall project. The new 31,000 square foot, 72 bed Residence Hall for cadets will include double bedrooms with bathrooms shared with one adjacent bedroom. The new Residence Hall design will include floor lounges and ground floor amenities including multipurpose rooms and game rooms. The site will be the current footprint of Beachmoor Inn, with demolition of the existing building. This project is on schedule for completion in August 2022.
