VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for both pre-construction and construction phase services for the Newton Country Day School Wellness Center Project. This project included a new entrance lobby, a double-court Gymnasium, a Multi-purpose / Fitness Room, a Wellness Lounge and Classroom, a Dance Studio, and a Dance Department Office. The building also included four Squash Courts, a Training Room, Athletics Department offices, Changing Rooms, Toilet Rooms, Athletics Storage space, and Facilities General Storage space. Extensive improvement of the surrounding site on the School’s 20-acre campus included the development of parking, construction of new circulation roadways, and site improvements/landscaping.
