VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the Norfolk County Agricultural High School new construction and renovation projects. The Norfolk County Agricultural High School (known as the “Aggie”) is a regional high school serving students in Norfolk County and beyond. The school reviewed 12 different add/reno options prepared by VERETX and the architect before settling on the selected option which aimed at upgrading the vocational side of the curriculum. In addition to building construction, the project involved significant site improvements, including a complete reconfiguration of the traffic pattern and entrance.
