VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the Pentucket Regional School District (member towns of West Newbury, Groveland, and Merrimac) for the construction of its $146M Middle-High School project. The project included the construction of a new 233,000 SF facility, demolition of the existing middle school and high school, construction of a new stadium facility, and completion of all related site work and fields. VERTEX was part of the project team for all phases of the project from feasibility/schematic through construction and closeout, including designer selection, CMR selection, trade contractor prequalification, and full-time onsite supervision. The project was delivered via the Construction Manager at Risk method (MGL c 149A) with Rich-KBE, JV as the selected CM. VERTEX participated in multiple information sessions as well as presentations to the Boards of Selectmen and Town Meetings in the member towns of Groveland, Merrimac and West Newbury.
