Mr. Sargent is a Managing Consultant in VERTEX’s New York City office. Working with some of the nation’s top construction law firms and contractors, Mr. Sargent has provided consulting and expert services for delay and disruption claims for the last 10 years. Mr. Sargent’s experience includes a wide variety of projects including high-rise buildings, senior living centers, hotels, stadiums, highways, airports, wind farms, water treatment plants, solar plants, military facilities, and more. He has participated in various forums of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and Dispute Review Boards, arbitration. In addition to his expert work, Andrew has been published by AACE and has presented at various construction conferences, including Construction Superconference, AGC’s Construction Risk Management Conference, and AACE symposiums.
