Brian has a strong construction background having been in the industry for over 20 years both as a Construction Manager and as an Owners Project Manager. Currently, as Vice President of Operations, Brian manages a team working to accomplish multiple large projects for Boston University as well as overseeing the construction phase of other construction projects. Brian’s leadership skills provide him with the unique ability to cultivate a team environment and manage projects with a successful outcome. In order to deliver a high quality project on time and within budget, Brian sets high standards and realistic goals and considers safety a number one priority. He is a natural instructor and able to teach and train younger members of the team providing them with excellent skills. Brian has exceptional communication skills and is an excellent facilitator which allows him to maintain a cooperative environment throughout the process.
