Regional Vice President, Remediation
As Regional Vice President of Remediation, Frank Calandra’s responsibilities included design, implementation, and management of site investigation programs, subcontractor coordination, budget tracking, report preparation, and interaction with state and federal regulatory agencies. Mr. Calandra is an engineer specializing in contaminated site assessment and remediation technologies. He has extensive experience in ASTM Phase I Site Investigations, MCP Phase I through V, IRA, RAM, and risk assessment projects.
Mr. Calandra has significant experience in program and project management of renewable energy development projects, including study, design, financing, and construction. As project manager, Mr. Calandra has used many different project structures to maximize project values and payback. He has served as program manager for large-scale environmental restoration and infrastructure improvement projects utilizing sustainable practices and energy efficiency measures. Mr. Calandra’s sustainable work has included the feasibility, design, and construction of solar and wind power and geothermal heating and cooling systems within varying local, state, and federal incentive frameworks.
