VERTEX provided construction services for The Phoenician Resort. This development consists of 30 condominiums including two- and three-bedroom units with garages. Certain units will include elevators, dens, foyers, outdoor living patios and various finishing options are tailored by the homebuyer.
Ascent at The Phoenician is a master-planned, multi-phased residential real estate development within the resort at the base of Camelback Mountain. The Golf Villas at Ascent is the first phase of this project and includes a collection of 30 luxury homes along the fairway of the Phoenician Golf Course. The Golf Villas feature floor plans from two- to three-bedroom + dens with two-car garages, entertainment-sized living areas, seamless indoor/ outdoor living, and spectacular views of Camelback. Custom options allow each homebuyer to personalize their homes.
All the homes are sold, and construction is moving along with drywall, insulation, stucco, and roofing. Buildings A1-A3 have drywall, mechanical/electrical/plumbing/fire sprinkler rough-ins, and stucco lath in progress. Buildings B1-B2, C1-C2 and D1-D2 are in the framing stage.
