VERTEX served as Owner’s Project Manager for the Field Elementary School project in Weston, MA. The School underwent a thorough programming phase and options analysis. VERTEX assisted the Town through the entire process. The final outcome of the analysis was to build a new school, which was completely designed utilizing a Building Information Model including site and civil trades. This was particularly important on this project given the limited tolerances available in this highly complex design. The full building model was used by the builder for the completion of their coordination effort. This project received LEED for Schools Silver accreditation.
