VERTEX served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the renovation of the existing Medway Middle School. This project involved the renovation of the school’s infrastructure, accessibility upgrades, new windows, and a redesigned school entry and administration space. Since the project was completed in phases while the school was occupied, the project team elected to utilize Ch. 149A, Construction Management at Risk.
