VERTEX was hired as the third-party project manager for a surety to oversee the completion of two projects at MCBH Hawaii when the original contractor was terminated. VERTEX’s role in this Munitions Bunker Repairs project includes identifying the completed portion of the work as well as existing defective work, re-bidding the project to a new general contractor, ongoing construction coordination, construction monitoring, and cost-control services. For the Roof Repairs project, VERTEX was hired as the completion contractor, carrying out all of the duties of the general contractor to complete the project.
